Display
The digital LED readout is very easy to read and understand, revealing in intervals, the watts being consumed or the temp that was selected and the time remaining.
The automatic shut-off is a great feature to have while the flashing digital code and beeping sound signals showing the item is done can be quite helpful, especially when I leave the room to go do something else.
I would recommend this product a 4/5 because of the nice technology features are easy to understand after a few tries. It might be frustrating at first if you are not a constant cooker, but it is well worth learning.
This product has been very reliable over the past few months, and I plan to use it until it breaks. Overall nothing to complain about.
On a side note, the included covered stainless pot is not really the best on the market. I would exchange that when purchased. It is not very expensive though.
My Personal Opinion
Having only used LP gas stove methods for cooking in the past, this highly-efficient heating unit was initially a big leap of advancement in my books and required several attempts before I began to get used to the overall feeling.
The selection of wattage and/or temperature is new and exciting and I am mastering learning what intensity is need to appropriately heat various liquids or cooking foods I have chosen to prepare. The timer is a great addition for those that are planning on using it for exactly thirty minutes. It can be a little hard to change the timer to a specific number.
Final Verdict
For the affordable $60 price tag, it is well worth. Nothing else in this price range is going to compete with all this product has to offer. The easy mobility, timer, and easy to read display, are just some of the many awesome features this product offers.
