That’s because it has a special coating with millions of extremely tiny diamonds, with literally millions of these things enhancing its strength and durability.
The nonstick coating here is 5 times harder than your ordinary nonstick coating and lasts 10 times longer.
The forged base is also robust, so don’t worry about any resulting wobbling or warping, and it won’t degrade over time.
Easy to Use
You can use this for virtually all stovetops, whether they’re gas or electric, ceramic or halogen. You can put this inside an oven or a broiler with the cooking temperature up to 850 degrees F. Just don’t use this for an induction stovetop.
However, it’s best if you stick with the low to medium heat setting. You should also add a few drops of high-smoke-point oil or butter. The heat transfer heat here is efficient, with 4 times better heat transfer than what you get with copper pans.
With the ceramic nonstick coating, taking out the food shouldn’t take a lot of effort. Cleanup should be easier as well, as food bits don’t stick. In fact, you can just stick this inside your dishwasher.
